“You have a property listed at 9810 Walnut Hill Dr., Providence Village. I called this morning at 9:00 AM requesting assistance, and it has now been almost 8 hours with no action taken. Is anyone going to show up to turn off the fire alarm that keeps going off? It has been sounding since midnight, or do I need to contact the HOA and file a formal complaint? This is the third time this has happened. Please fix whatever needs to be fixed. I can hear the alarm inside my home as if it were here. It has made my dogs extremely anxious—they won’t stop barking—and I have not been able to sleep since midnight because of this. No one has done anything to resolve it. The property manager stated she was too busy to come fix it over the weekend and instead called the fire department, as if they can simply break into someone’s home to fix a private issue like a handyman. That is not appropriate. This situation shows a clear lack of accountability and responsibility. Update 01/20/26 2:42 AM: here we go again, another sleepless night because of the amount of incompetence and lack of accountability. Please additional video and pictures The property manager made it seem on a text like I am making things up. Even thought a video had been uploaded and another one’s is been added right now. Once again the alarms are going off and is 2 am.”
