Earlier today a group of Frisco developers announced that they have broken ground on a 16,000 square foot luxury event and meeting space called Verona Villa. The Tuscan-inspired event center will be located near Frisco’s $5 Billion Mile off the northwest corner of Stonebrook Parkway. This is an exciting announcement for Frisco and North Texas overall, as it will fill a much-needed void and will provide an impressive setting for weddings, C-level executives, receptions, meetings, conferences, and so much more. Upon completion in Spring 2016, Verona Villa will offer state-of-the-art amenities in a one-of-a-kind European setting. According to the developers, the project will bring style, luxury, and an overall sense of authenticity that cannot be duplicated. This is great news for residents and potential homeowners in Frisco, Plano, and the surrounding areas, as it is an incredibly versatile space that business professionals and locals alike will benefit from.
The Verona Villa building itself will be constructed of Italian stone, featuring a barrel tile roof and wrought iron accents throughout. The gardens will be expertly landscaped to emulate the Italian countryside, providing a breathtaking backdrop for weddings, reunions, off-site corporate meetings, and so much more. 8,000 of the 16,000 square foot space will be dedicated to a versatile event and entertainment space that business and corporate customers will be able to use for board meetings, training seminars, conferences, and more. There were also be a handful of private office spaces available for more in-depth planning sessions, in addition to catering and bar facilities.
Verona Villa is – in large part – an answer to Frisco and North Texas’ growing corporate presence and the influx of employees that have moved into the area in recent years. With companies such as Toyota making North Texas a hub, the need for event and meeting space is more apparent than ever. The intention of Verona Villa is to provide both large and small meeting spaces for corporations, while still creating an air of opulence, style, and modernity. The space itself will be visually stunning and pay tribute to the awe-inspiring architecture and overall feeling of Europe, Italy in particular.
Yet another highlight of Verona Villa is that they will have event planning coordinators on-hand to help manage and facilitate meetings of any size, from getting the space secured to the most minute of details. This is a huge step in the right direction for Frisco and shows how much attention is being paid to the growing business culture in the area. As a leading Frisco real estate firm, there is no question in our mind that this is a move in the right direction and is yet another thing that will bring the area into the spotlight, in a good way. Between the Dallas Cowboy’s Ford Center at The Star development and Verona Villa, it is no secret that real estate deals are being made left and right in the area.
