The City of Frisco has released their monthly development activity revealing an updated population of 141,550 – a 12 month growth rate of 5.4%! The most active neighborhood as of August 1 was Frisco Lakes, followed by Phillips Creek Ranch, Richwoods, The Shores at Waterstone, Quail Meadow Village, and Lawler Park North. The most active builders were Pulte, Lennar, Meritage, Landon, and Standard Pacific. The image below shows new single-family residential permits issued; 219 were issued in July of this year.
The report shows single family lot inventory is up, while the lots in the pipeline are down. The most active quadrant, with a dividing line of Main Street and Preston Road, was SW Frisco, where there are 12,877 single family housing units and 565 lots under construction.
