We are honored to be included on a list compiled by The Dallas Business Journal and the Metroplex Technology Business Council, naming us a finalist for the 2014 Tech Titans Awards. The Cheney Group has always strived, not to keep up with the latest technology, but to stay ahead of technology trends. We utilize state-of-the-art technology in the marketing of our listings to achieve the greatest possible exposure, and in our continual seller updates. Our buyers benefit from customized searches and are sure to be the first informed of new listings and listing changes. We are one of very few North Texas agents to offer access to Powerpage on our website. An amazing tool, Powerpage provides area market activity as it is happens, allowing viewers to see up-to-the-minute market activity. It is also of utmost importance to our company that we apply our technology to keep our neighbors informed. We are often the first to be made aware of new developments, construction, traffic, social and charity events, and we love to share this information with our community.
