Join us for Citizen’s Fire Academy (CFA) Class 30.  This nine week course runs September 13 through November 8 on Thursday evenings, 7:00 -10:00 p.m.   This free education programs provides those who live or work in Frisco with fire safety training plus hand-on activities in emergency operations.  You even get to ‘ride-out’ on emergency calls with firefighters!

Join us for Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Class 22.  The CERT course runs nine weeks, with classes on Monday evenings, 7:00 – 10:00 p.m., September 10 through October 29, ending with a Mock Drill on Saturday November 3.  CERT is an all-risk, all hazard training program which instructs citizens about disaster preparedness.  Attendees learn how to respond to a disaster or other large scale emergency situations within their community.   Once trained, CERT members are able to give immediate assistance to victims and provide critical support to professional first responders.
